for summer season we prepare:
Choice of cold desserts:
- fresh fruit salads
- butterfly cake with fresh strawberries
- round cake
- sherbet glasses with vanilla pudding, peaches, raspberries or blueberries
- apple and cottage cheese strudels with peaches
In our menu card you can also find:
- cream soups and bouillon with noodles
- fried chicken steak with chateau potato salad
- pork tenderloin filled with mushrooms or roasted with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes
- grilled breast of chicken with pear and camembert
- everything is completed with French baguettes, nut bread and whole baguettes freshly baked in the chateau
Or something light:
- French baguettes with mozzarella and tomatoes, breast of chicken or with mushrooms and cheese
- fresh vegetable salads
At the end of season 2009 we are going to open chateau restaurant which would be opened at the same time with café. It would be situated in stables. The offer of delicatessen will become richer.
